Why is it Difficult to Hit Sales Goals and Other Goals
Sales goals! It can be difficult to reach our goal and sometimes it can even feel like we’re not progressing, today we’re going to go over roadblocks together!
In Episode 55 of the Total Fit Boss Chick Podcast, we’re joined by Theresa Francis, the founder of theresaforever.com. She’s an educator and coach who’s going to take us on a journey to help us achieve our big goals, creating tractions and measuring our progress as we build momentum. One of the biggest issues that working moms, or really anybody, face is setting boundaries. When we say setting boundaries, it’s not just about how a person treats you, it truly comes down to how the other individuals respect you.
When setting boundaries we need to learn how to prioritize ourselves and our goals and truly know that our dream truly matters. For example, we can’t let people disturb our schedules and take up hours of our time just because they want to. Practice having them set a meeting with you. This will help you and them to truly understand that your time and efforts are valuable. There’s no need to feel guilty for prioritizing yourself because it enables you to take responsibility for what matters to you. Keep tuning in to the Total Fit Boss Chick Podcast, episode 55 to truly boss it up and achieve your goals every day!

How to Hit Your Goals Every Time!
Sometimes, even when we’re so close to the finish line, we don’t end up actually crossing it. This could be for many reasons, but a massive factor is our planning. We tend to set goals, big goals, and this is usually done on a yearly basis. “Oh this year I’m going to do this”, however, you may start noticing that you keep procrastinating to put in the work and postpone it week by week. Let’s break down what you need to do in order to hit your goals every single time.
Key Takeaways for Goals
Achieve Your Big Long-Term Goals
- Set your annual big goal
- Break it down to 90-day chunks
- Plan out your key actions for those 90 days
- Set daily goals
- Start by having 3 goals per day
- Figure out what is your “magic number” of tasks that enables you to be productive without feeling overwhelmed.
Track Your Progress
A lot of the time, we don’t feel like we’re getting any closer to our goals and that’s because we don’t see our progress. The best way to do that is to set KPIs or key performance indicators.
- Implement the Pareto Principle
- Where 20% of your efforts will give you 80% of your outcome
- Master 5% of your activities
- These activities will be set as your KPIs
Integration
Not everyone can function with tight schedules. The best way to achieve your goals while making time for your relationships is integration. This enables you to have more freedom with your schedule and what you want to do with your time for that day.
